NYT: N.Y. Assembly Approves Fracking Moratorium

The New York Assembly voted for a temporary moratorium on natural gas drilling using hydraulic fracturing with horizontal drilling. The Senate has already passed a similar bill. The Independent Oil and Gas Association of New York is asking Governor David Paterson to veto the bill.

     Alternative energy :  The ” submarin   Swedish  Kite ” is fantastic, because it generates a lot of energy, without harming aquatic life and be there on the seabed, some 100 meters deep. Very beautiful ! 
         The ocean currents are like rivers into the sea, reaching speeds of around 10 quilometers per hour. This Swedish kite is attached to the seabed by a cable and ocean currents cause her to bemoving in circles and it turns the propeller attached to a turbine. As the sea water is 800 times denserthan air, the device is capable of generating 800 times more energy than if you were in the wind.
